would u pay for this kitchen if so how much
ok it has an L shape with cabinetry from wall to wall and ceiling to floor,
wall oven, gas range seperate, double digital door fridge, double sink,
dishwasher, wine cooler that sits in a 6 foot island with a chefs sink,
and then has a breakfast bar attached to it. the kitchen measures 30' *
14', ALL appliances are stainless steeland some of thecabinets have glass
doors. THERE IS NO tile granite or real expensive cabinets. everything is
just standard cabinets, formica countertops and laminate flooring...so what would you pay BALLPARK since you cant see it? i know the question is hard but NO its remodeling just for myself not for resale />
This is an odd question. You can not just buy a kitchen.
Now if you mean to remodel, then that is a totally different question.
Is this something that you want, remodel?
Or, if you are looking to buy a house & this is what is in it, & the rest
of the house is ho hum, then we would need pictures to determine if the
kitchen has raised the value of the home & the square footage.
Ballpark, no clue, because you haven't given us the brand name of the appliances. Stainless steel appliances can be real expensive if it is a high end brand. Cheap ones are out there. Pictures would be helpful.
Nice big kitchen, but if you've skimped on the cabinets, tile &
counters people won't be happy. Unfortunately, if you really want a buyer
to think you've got an upscale kitchen that is what it truly needs to be.
What you've got probably is worth $30-$40K given its size plus the
appliances. To make it really good you probably need another $30K put
into it.
really need to see a picture & what the rest of the home looks
like, since I am guessing that you asking for a home value. If that is the
case I would suggest you have a Realtor come in & give you a ''market
value'' for ur home. They come & look through the home then compare ur
home with three others of similar style age etc in you area, then give you
a value. They will prob think they are getting a listing out of it, but
this service is free of charge. they can tell you if ur improvements are giving you a good return or not. good luck
If you are asking about how much it would cost to remodel, I am
guessing somewhere around 20K. It all depends on how much work, it would
take.
If you are trying to sell the kitchen materials. Then a whole lot less.
Used cabinets and used appliances don't bring high dollars.
Question is kind of confusing.
These days they all want granite and real tile.. it would be
worth the investment if you are trying to sell.
Otherwise, no clue how to price out how much I'd pay just for a kitchen?
